Designer Katy Roberts 

I am a performance designer with a strong interest in modern and contemporary work, designing shows such as Rabbit and London Road. I have a background in creative arts, working in experimental fashion, practicing in ceramics, illustration and fine art, this range of skills makes for diverse and distinctive designs.

From experience working with a variety of theatrical and event companies, I have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the multiple roles within the entertainment industry. My Initial interest for theatre began on-stage as a performer, predominately in musical theatre, combining this with my artistic skills, I found Rose Burford's 'Design for Theatre and Performance' course. Studying three years in design and working on multiple realised productions. I have had the opportunity to work alongside professionals and built a repertoire of skills across the theatrical industry. I am an atheistic practitioner working hard as a collaborator to produce quality and distinct work.
